Steam has a hidden popup - you have to click on the Steam icon in the taskbar and it'll say "Allow Game Launch." Click on OK and the game should load. My params are "-applaunch 1066890"
Ok, finally I've found how to make it work: On Crew Chief Automobilista 2 properties, enter the following on AMS 2 launch text (exe) field: steam://launch/1066890/vr (if you don't use TrackIR or SteamVR, omit the /vr at the end) Also, make sure to check the Launch AMS 2 (boolean) checkbox way down in the options.
