I was doing a multiplayer race and just as I had an off I think someone disconnected from the server because I gained a position. Since I gained a position while off-track, the game told me that I had to give my position back. The problem is that there wasn't a car to give it to. So I ended up with a drive-through penalty. I realize that this is kind of an unusual situation, but I wanted to bring it up.
