Dropouts for more than 2 secs only once in one race

In almost every online race I have picture dropouts and the whole game stutters for more than 2 seconds and I can neither steer nor brake. but that only happens once in a race. What could that be?

 

I get the same, did you manage to find a fix?

 

I had a similar issue with one of the F1 games, disabling the service "sysmain" (formerly known as superfetch) fixed it.

Will most likely not help but worth a shot.
