Fargone Racing

Does anyone know who this is? They run locked servers usually with a few players, id like to join them but Google doesn't help me find them.

I have done a fair amount of ARC at Adelaide in SP then thought to look online and bam ,ARC Adelaide was populated....but locked Google was no help but I should have looked through Steam.
