On a gamepad, when shifting up a gear in the formula vee, you have to lift off the gas or the revs spike. This is not the case for any other manual car in the game (that I've noticed so far). It still auto-blips the throttle on downshifts like normal. I remember this being a problem for a handful of cars in AMS1 too, and it never got fixed. It's not the end of the world, I play Grand Prix Legends and NASCAR Racing 2003 with a gamepad and you have to lift when you shift up in those games, but it's still something I would hope gets corrected.
