Fov/tripple setup

Im really trying to like this sim, but the issues with setting up my tripples makes me go nuts. First of all the sim wont recognice that I have 3 screens so it only show 1 when I try to set up my tripples. Because of this I tried to add my values manually in the xml file but this also doesnt work. I also cant go below 89 in fov in game. If i remember correctly I normally run something like 63 in ams2 before, but it wont let me go that low. When i sit in the car everything looks weird. Specially the huge mirrors. Can someone please help me with this?
