FPS locked at 40fps until I reinstall GPU - every boot

    Has anyone had a smiler problem to what I am facing? Each time I reboot, I need to reinstall my Nvidia GPU drivers or else my FPS caps at 40fps. Once I reinstall, I get 60. Very strange and annoying :(
