Hello, Does anyone know the size of the Sparco three bolt steering wheel that comes with the Ginetta G55 GT4 Supercup? I think I've found the right one, but at 260mm seems a bit small, and as I'm planning on building a replica I'd like to get the size right. Have Googled this for hours and found nothing. tia Jason
That does seem pretty small. I can't find anything on the sparco website but from online pictures of the ginetta it looks more like a 285mm wheel to me (always difficult to judge from pictures though). If it were me I'd go for 285mm anyway as I think it's a nicer size than 260mm, but I guess that's just personal preference. I found the fanatec formula wheel too small when I used to have that. Now I have a few 285mm wheels for formula cars, gt3, etc, plus 320mm and 350mm for other car types (I call it a 'collection' the missus says it's an obsession...)
Hi Duncan, You're spot on with the sizing, After much google image searching I found A Pic with a Scale underneath one, I cant find one for sale anywhere, But at least I'm on the right track. Cheers Jason.
This is the one that I use: Professional Motorsport Parts, Spares & Rally Equipment from Rally Design Obviously not Sparco (but I'm sure it's considerably cheaper than a sparco one!). I'm happy with it.
