Hi So I’m very new to pc and sim racing Currently running a i9 9900kf , 2080ti Noticed it’s running very high on the cpu usage, anyone recommend some settings please ?
Max it out. You can see my specs in the signature. It’s a laptop and doing fine. I have no idea how much cpu it uses but i am running the laptop at 80°C, so if it goes a bit warm on you, it’s normal, let the fans do their job
Take this for what it is worth - but I have lowered the temps in AMS2 by running the g-card power limit to 50%. My CPU usage is max 80-85%. ByTheWay: My system is way weaker than yours - but Im running with most of the graph settings maxed.
In my very short time with this game. it is so well optimised in my opinion and if your CPU usage is high and you experience no frame drops, stuttering PC lag or anything of that nature..who cares just play and enjoy it. with your system specs just crank up the settings until you notice frame drops etc then dial it back if need be. are you experiencing some kind of specific issue other than high cpu usage ?
