Group C Championship (Not custom)

Completed the first round, but to start the following round the start button does nothing.
I want to stress, this is a standard Group C Championship.

Was quite disappointed !

Any ideas ?

 

As no response I take it this is a known issue ?

 

The only idea I can think of is that the 2nd round is a DLC track - do you own the DLC for it? Otherwise I'm not sure what the cause is

 

Its a standard Non custom series, so why would they use DLC tracks ? I will check the track later just to be sure.
