These cars are so great, I would love it would be possible to have a relevant race with them. I tried to race Group C at the old Hockenheim for about 2h or so with accelerated fuel/tyres. I was in the Merc/Sauber and I could do about 11 laps with one tank. But the AI Merc/Saubers were pitting after 5-7 laps! So it was too easy to compete with them. So I thought I could at least race the Corvettes. Their stints seemed a bit more reasonable. But them, when I pitted, I could refuel and change tyres at the same time, while the Corvettes could not! Their pitstops were so much longer. After a little while I was driving alone in front, not on pace, but just because the AI not only cannot get the strategy right but there seemed to be also some inconsistency in terms of pitstops rules within cars of the same class. Shame. The guy at GPLaps could also face a similar problem at Daytona:
I ran qualy, 15min IIRC I think AI was @120%, not sure. Aggressiveness at MAX. I used the attached file for custom. grid.
