Head movement settings for VR

Hello,

what could be 'good' head movement settings for VR?
At the moment I've set
Head movement = 100
legacy = 0
Lateral G, longitudinal G and Lateral G = 25

 

I set legacy on and everything 0, for me in VR and triples this is best.

 

do they actually work in vr ?

 

And i use Legacy off Headmovement 0. All geforce effects 0 .

VR settings for me are: legacy on, low numbers for head movement (5-20) as 0 will fix the view completely to the car. Everything else - Gs, look to apex, leaning and shake - off.
