I am not sure exactly what you mean. Try to reset your windows calibration by unplugging your controllers, wait a few seconds then re-plug, and calibrate with the control panel. Normally you just function the wheel and peddles to the limits and a new calibration will be save. You can use a utility like DIView to customize that windows calibration to meet your needs.
