How do I set up a double screen?

    Hello, I got a double screen set and I can't seem to get the game to fit both screens. Please help.

    Depending on your GPU, you probably need to use either Nvidia Surround or AMD Eyefinity.

    I tried this once a long time ago, I think you can run it windowed and stretch to fit. I think you can also use ctrl-K and the arrow keys to rotate the image so that the vanishing point is in one of the monitors rather than the border between them. It worked quite well, but I don't think it saves the settings so it was a bit of a faff to do each time.
