How do I stop the game detecting non-existent wheel turns in the menu?

The game seems to be detecting left/right inputs from my wheel which is making menus jump all over the place so it's impossible to select anything. My wheel is centred and there's no issue when driving. I can't see any options in the menu to disable this.
