Makes zero sense. Setting wr's on leader board....

Watkins Glen (short) Merc CLK. Ran 40 minutes, tuning away on the car. Perfect balance, P2. Saved setup.
Come back the next day to finish the job :D
Load same setup, I recognize the car setup, roll bar, pressures etc.

The car handles like a loaf of bread. The right hander at the end of the long back straight yesterday, *on rails* around it, no push or tight out of the right hander, out like a slingshot.

Today, the rear snaps out on corner entry and you can't get around it without tank slapping and snap correcting, then pushes hard tight on exit.
    I thought WTF.
Went back to the leaderboard, loaded my P2 ghost. Loaded the setup. Saved under a different name. Went on track, same loaf of bread and a second off.

What exactly is going on here? I assume track temp stays the same for wr attempts, is it changing?!

Setups reverting to a previous one has been a pain lately, even resetting to default, will revert to last run custom setup as soon as you hit the back button.
Seems like the on,y way around it is to save under a different name/slot .
So I’m not sure why that didn’t work for you .

Thats a good idea, TY. One hell of a fix turning a perfectly balanced car into a tank slapping brick ;)
