How to properly get Tobii Eye tracker working?

When using Opentrack, the head tracking movement is all messed up

anyone know the proper settings to use to have flawless head tracking in this game?

I've followed the instructions here, but my head tracking is messed up

If it's like TrackIR, I believe you have to run the game in VR mode.
