How to save a new (additional) custom control layout?

Hi all,

First post here, but I've been playing AMS2 on and off for the last couple of years (since just prior to 1.3 IIRC).

Anyway, I was having a look around the control options, as I'd like to bind different functions to buttons on my wheel, depending on what type of car I'm driving (DRS for formula-style cars, handbrake for rallycross, etc). I can see that I've already got 4 or 5 custom layouts that I must have made at some point, but for the life of me, I can't remember how I did this - I can't figure out how to create and save a new (additional) layout preset. Now I'm wondering if the game only allows for 5 layouts? Or did something get moved/removed in an update somewhere along the line? The only thing it seems I'm currently able to do is to 1) modify an existing layout, 2) rename an existing layout, or 3) copy the settings from an existing layout to the one currently selected.

I feel like I must be missing something obvious here. Help appreciated.
