been driving ams 2 for some time now. My sim of choice!! I just updated to a dd1 and for some reason my fanatec dd1 wheel no longer accepts " select" for instance at the start of a rave - when i am ready to go. The previous binding no longer works I know this is probably a totally stupid question, but how do i reassign a control for select??? i cant see it anywhere adn I have never encountered this before - it matters because i am in VR on a rig sorry for the dumb question - but if anyone can point me in the obvious direction i would be really grateful
I've just checked the assignment menu and couldn't find the select choice right. But in my case I do it with a 3rd party software named Antimicro and configured my dpad joystick on the top left (which ams2 refused to recognise) to assign keyboard presses like up down.. and Enter. If Enter button is default you should seperately assing it. The button assignment is very primitive in AMS2; it would improve maybe but i dont think it will be as sophisticated as ACC. I keep telling this in every opportunity I took but it is not their primary focus for now.
