I love Automobilista 2 but Reiza's support is the worst I've seen.

    I keep reading and unfortunately along with those players who request support, most of them are ignored, Reiza answers what suits her, terrible, very sad, I think this is the second time I ask for help and nothing.

    I entered AMS2 and my points were reset, I did 2 races (online championship that I participate in) but they didn't come back.

    You already have opened a thread for your problem and in case the team hasn't replied it's due to being occupied with development tasks or there isn't a solution to the issue yet.

    The help&support subforums aren't a place for metadiscussions.

    Feel free to bump the respective thread you've linked (which has been done) if it is falling down the list.

    Unfortunately i can't deliver a satisfying solution to that issue but i would recommend checking if steam is regularly "micro-updating" AMS2 and if not try setting the game up to be updated on start-up to be sure.
