    Please, I need this file but I can't find it hell in the game.

    I want it to make custom sounds and upload them to RaceDepartment but I can't find this hell file.

    Please send me it.

    And could you pls say me the RPM of outside files?

    Please, I want to make custom onboard sounds without loosing external.
