So I set up the race with 1 warning, and then Time Penalties on. After the first warning, no matter how small or big the cut is, the penalty is always 21 seconds. Is there someplace it is configured? Am I setting it up wrong? Formula v10 gen2 at Catalunya GP, 10 laps
