Integrate live timing in a website

Hello everyone,
I'm trying to set up a live session times table, to integrate it into my website.
In the ams server files I could see that the sms_stats_data.json file is updated every 15 minutes and contains interesting information.

Is this the correct method if I export, with a script, some data from this file to a csv file? (name, LapTime, Sector1Time, Sector2Time, Sector3Time, vehicleID, etc.)
Then put it in table form.
