    Hello, this might be a bit controversial request, because AMS is not modding platform, but this would be just minor change.

    Is there a way to change car sound? Such as F-Classic?

    I tried changing files in GameData/Sounds but that seems to take no effect. I also tried through upgrades eg :

    UpgradeType="Sounds"
    {
    UpgradeLevel="Alt sounds"
    {
    SFX=VS_INSIDE_POWER_ENGINE_1=V6_TURBO/V6_Turbo_idle.wav
    SFX=SFX=VS_INSIDE_POWER_ENGINE_2=V6_TURBO/V6_Turbo_onlow_in.wav
    SFX=VS_INSIDE_POWER_ENGINE_3=V6_TURBO/V6_Turbo_onmid.wav
    SFX=VS_INSIDE_POWER_ENGINE_4=V6_TURBO/V6_Turbo_ex_onhigh.wav
    SFX=VS_INSIDE_POWER_ENGINE_5=V6_TURBO/V6_Turbo_onhigh.wav

    SFX=VS_INSIDE_COAST_ENGINE_1=V6_TURBO/V6_Turbo_idle.wav
    SFX=VS_INSIDE_COAST_ENGINE_2=V6_TURBO/V6_Turbo_offlow.wav
    SFX=VS_INSIDE_COAST_ENGINE_3=V6_TURBO/V6_Turbo_offmid.wav
    SFX=VS_INSIDE_COAST_ENGINE_4=V6_TURBO/V6_Turbo_onhigh.wav
    SFX=VS_INSIDE_COAST_ENGINE_5=V6_TURBO/V6_Turbo_ex_onhigh.wav

    SFX=VS_INSIDE_ENGINE_NEUTRAL_1=V6_TURBO/V6_Turbo_idle.wav
    SFX=VS_INSIDE_ENGINE_NEUTRAL_2=V6_TURBO/V6_Turbo_idle.wav
    SFX=VS_INSIDE_ENGINE_NEUTRAL_3=V6_TURBO/V6_Turbo_idle.wav
    SFX=VS_INSIDE_ENGINE_NEUTRAL_4=V6_TURBO/V6_Turbo_idle.wav
    }
    }

    But it does not seem to load the files, because sounds are missing. Could anyone help please?

    The reason for this is a bit weird. I use to race a lot with F-Classic so sometimes sound of these cars starts to annoy me a bit even though I think it is one of the better represenations found in sim racing of engines from this turbo era. But there is something about the sounds that just brakes it for me :(

    Advice appreciated. Thanks

    Hmm, you can make your own .sfx file and change the path in the each .veh file
    Sounds=new_F_Classic.sfx
    But I won't promise it's gonna work.

    Try Humming in the same frequency with the car sound then alter it a little so you get new resonances,
    play the sound through some filters or try putting things in your ear
