Is there a way to remove driver models without it affecting all other cars?

I've removed the driver model by going in to the "Pakfiles\Drivers" and deleted every .bff files except Drivers.bff and OtherDrivers.bff.. This effectively removes the player avatar - like I want to - but it also removes the opponent driver helmets.. Is there a way of preventing the opponent cars to lose the avatars?

 

Is the AI completely headless now or can you see their faces?

 

They are totally gone. Would be nice to be able to remove only my own avatar and not the others
