Is there no way to change practice and qualifying times on custom championships?

Can only use the percentage scale but that only affects the race. The current default championships are too long for me, so I would really like to tweak them.

For custom championships, when creating them, you can adjust the duration for each race. In case you didn't notice it, for opening the race's options, just click on them on the championship creation menu.

Edit: oh I didn't notice you were talking about qualifying and practice. I had the impression that it was the same as the race, but I am not sure.

You can change the practice and qualifying sessions when you create the championship, but not after. I would get a screenshot to illustrate how, but I think a Logitech GHUB update may have messed something up (unconfirmed) so my game crashes on startup now. :p

If I remember correctly, you click somewhere on the practice session's "card" to edit it, and there's a duration setting you can change. It's amazing how fuzzy your memory about a UI can get when you have no access to it.

It really sucks that you can't edit the default championships. Even for custom championships there should be a way to globally change practice, qualifying and race times.

Possibly useful to mention: When you're in a practice or qualifying session, you have an option to skip to the end of the session in the menu. So if you have a 30-minute session, you can just drive 10 minutes and skip the rest.

This may or may not help but if you edit the first race to your satisfaction, every subsequent race that you add will have those adjusted settings applied. Its also probably worth bearing in mind that the custom championship feature is only a month old and so is very embryonic.
Even though there appear to be only a few settings right now, its pretty amazing just how many permutations of various variables one can throw up for a varied racing experience. I expect it to only get better with time.
