Look left/right no longer work

Does anybody has the same issue? I set 2 buttons of my T300 wheel to look left/right but they don't work.
Do you have any suggestion?

I have this issue when ICM is open, then the D-PAD doesn't work anymore till ICM is closed.

 

I have T300 with open wheel. Normally I use button 10 and 9 to look left and right.
I set them in control settings (AMS recognizes them as button 9 and 8, I don't know why honestly) but in-game I can't look left or right. Pushing them together, I look back...
