I have the in game graphics settings set to full, but the smoke/dust looks like crap, excuse the word. There are no particles, no detail. All i see is a bunch of cloud-like objects with clear borders that come up and then shrink and disappear. Is this smth on my side ? I wonder if this could have smth to do with a missing d3d9.dll file. I deleted it recently due to stuttering. I will try to get a better pic later today. This is what i took yesterday.
