    Can some one confirm how mandatory pit stops are supposed to work.

    I believe that if I pit in the pit window and comply to the minimum requirements of the pit stop, for example a tire change, I can also have repairs done and/or take on fuel and that will mean my pit stop is done.

    Or can I only do the requirements of the pit stop and I must have repairs done in a separate pit stop.

    Or do I have to wait to be called in. This usually happens at the end of the race.

    I have noticed when using mandatory pit stops, if I pit, then I still get called in again at the end of the race, and if I don't go in I am DQ. I have also noticed many AI being DQ also in these races.

    Are mandatory pit stops broken or am I doing something wrong??

    As long as you do the minimum required for a mandatory stop, everything should be fine. You can do as much extra as you want / need.
    One thing we have noticed is that if the minimum tires is set to 4 there is an issue where the game does not recognize a valid stop, so we always set this to a maximum of 3.

    Thanks for the reply, I had a problem with being DQ with the tires set to 0. I will try it set to 3.

    Yeah, run at the same problem today, twice.

    Once it was set to 2 tires, but I ended changing all 4s because there is not such option in the in-game menu (select which/how many tires). Got disqualifieded instantly in the last lap as I decided to ignore the sign;

    On the last race of the day, no tires needed, just the mandatory stop. I pitted, refueled and went away.
    Got called by box for the mandatory pit. Went, did nothing (it may have refueled something that I did not choose), got DQ instantly again while crossing the line in the pits.

    HUGE bumer.
