Many motec screens lack contrast, making them hard to read...

I don't know if it's because I'm using AMS2 in Auto-HDR, but there are many cars (Nissan Group C below) and some P3,P4 that have a LCD panel but the contrast is so low that it's hard to clearly read the value.

Can this please be adjusted for greater readability (especially when lens flares/glare/sun rays are in your face)?

Agree, and while @robillard3381 has been paged can we get the cars with multiple pages to get race position added to at least one screen? Some cars have the same info on multiple screens and miss important info to save having a hud enabled.
