Thanks Paul. My solution to the problem was just to uninstall Nvidia Experience altogether. If you don't require shadowplay (I don't), and prefer fine tuning your games via NV Inspector, then it's taking up a lot of resources (and requiring a login?!?!?) just to periodically check for driver updates.
Just a post for people having GPU issues it would one off the list of trouble shooting. I have Nvidia EX but don't really do anything with it myself, just gives me heads up on the new drivers.
AFAIK, sharing and recording (instant replay) are not activated by default (Never was on my side, on multiple computer, etc) I don't understand how he came to have it activated without knowing it
Got sick of nvidia driver updates and stopped using their drivers. I use gigabyte driver now and runs much better. No constant update worries. Recommend you do the same if you have an after market card like asus gigabyte etc.
Ive recently started using the new GFE. the old Shadowplay function (saves x amount of minutes) now named instant replay, causes BSOD if its on and AMS is booted on my triple screen setup (3x 21:9 mutliview x2 MSAA no vsync)
I got rid of all that ages ago and even use an older driver version...think its 349 as it works better than latest drivers. I use the driver version that came with my aftermarket card.
