Most recent update doesn't show in game.

I am having troubles with the newest November update. I've bought the dlc and it shows that it is checked along with all the others but when in game nothing shows up. I've Uninstalled and deleted CM before reinstalling ams2 with no results. Help is apreciated thank you.

 

Try to restart Steam so it relogs in.
