I am curious about something. If a person with a potato PC and below minimum spec CPU hosts a online race, what sort of impact would that have on a lobby with full grid? I've been on servers that have red bars all down the line and everything is fine. Other times it is not. It can have an impact on a MP lobby with a full grid. If the person's PC or internet connection can't keep up you might notice latency spikes and cars jumping on your screen. We've done some MP testing with AMS2 servers we hosted and have noticed that if the server runs out of resources it causes the MP session to stutter/warp for the people connected to the AMS2 server.
