Hello guys! I own a Fanatec CSW 2.5 rim and it utilizes two multi purpose switches (MPS). These switches each have 12 different positions and each position can have its own command to the game. It seem obvious that these switches could be used as selector for front ARB or brake balance. Each position of the turning switch would then represent a certain setting. But AMS2 only supports "going up one step" or "going down one step", but not "this button is for front ARB set to 14". Is there a way to use these switches for this or comparable uses? Thanks in advance, herakles
Hmmmm... after having thought for a while about this idea, I came up with a logical solution, that works fine as well. If I use the two MPS as rotary encoders, they do what I want. If the encoder tells "turned right" and this inceased the fron ARB, whiel "turned left" decreases it, it just by logic simply does what I want. Each position will represent a certain ARB setting, as switching twice to the left and then twice to the right will end up in the very same ARB setting again, which is also mapped by the MPS itself. Well, never mind, guys! Good to have thought about it anyway!
