I keep losing connection from multiplayer races, I am not having the problem with other games, is anyone else getting this?
I have noticed that often other racers connected appear to have red connection status.

No issues here... If everyone else is red, I would suggest looking into your internet connection. If others being red is random, may be that they are from another region and have high ping time.

also depends on your connection. Better with ethernet than wireless.
Using external apps with UDP broadcast is also bad. i hope there will be an option to enter IP adresses for UDP devices.

Yes I thought that but I am only having the problem with AMS2? Yes maybe I should be trying to connect to close lobbies.

I see a lot of it in lobbies... However, I run with a friend and we rarely are less than green. From the names in the rooms, it suggests that many may be from other regions. I am in the US; it looks like there are quite a few from S. America that play with us.

As a side note, I haven't really seen any obvious issues with those that are showing red. I don't know where the ping thresholds for each color are, but I think they are quite aggressive. I play a lot with others that have pings >120 without issue, elsewhere. I try to avoid >~175.

I am still having problems staying connected, I have opened ports on my router that the internet suggested to try to remedy it but it has not worked, is any one aware of correct ports to open?
