Multiplayer lobby

Created a lobby, but cant start the race. I can see people joining but the usual screen that I am used to has changed

So that is what I see and as you can see no where to start.

 

Mouse over/click the session details on the left and back to vehicles/track

 

Is this a new feature or a new bug?

 

So a new feature? And if so what the correct thing to do to get past it

 

Thanks, seems not as intuitive as it used to be but I will get used to it
