Multiplayer Race Start SYNCING gives bad start

I started to notice, whenever the Server is showing the "SYNCING" at the start of the Race, that everyone seems to start significantly before my lights go green.
which obviously leads to a terrible start on my end.

if u watch it in 0.25 speed, u can see that the first car is already going before my lights are even green

 

also the pitcrew is standing on the track
