Hello guys! Is Automobilista multi-threaded? Or runs in a single core? Can I use the +fullproc parameter from rf1? If yes, can I get more FPS? If I set affinity to AMS process to some of my idle cores, can I get more FPS? (this trick works in the old GTR2: RunAff - Executes and Sets Processor Affinity for GTR2 by JJC1 - NoGripRacing Forums) Thanks!
I think it uses the full proc by default - you don't need to add it. ISI said that rFactor was essentially single threaded. On my old XP machine with a core2 duo and ATI GPU, setting the affinity to both cores made no effect on rF or GTR2, but on Win10 with nV GPU it doubles the frame-rate. I know nVidia drivers are multi-threaded and wonder if its this that is giving the boost in fps.
