navigating the menu (in VR)

Hi

I got a 'mouse' thumbstick or how it is called on my wheel (Formuala wheel from Fanatec) I use to navigate the menu in AMS2, but it is very counter intuitive. Moving the mouse from outer left to outer right and vise versa all the time.
I wonder if there is a better way?!

 

gaze control works ok. You'll find it in the VR options screen. I find it works best with manual select.

 

Thank you Gargaryn, I hoped I could use another way than gaze control but it is as it is.
