In the last week I managed to secure a used set of Heusinkveld (HE) Pro pedals, so so happy. These pedals are a bit on the older side of HE pedals and show signs of their age, with me being the second owner there is no chance of any component being under warranty. So I emailed HE support because I needed to buy a few parts to make them new again, but HE didn't want to help me BUY any new parts.....INSTEAD they sent me out all new parts FOR FREE! Like WOW, I'm so used to getting the run around and support taking days or weeks to get back to me (if you look in my sig you will know who I'm taking about). HE got back to me within hours and had my new FREE parts shipped within a day. Did I mention it's all FREE, shipping to Australia, FREE. Well if I ever need new pedals again ( I don't see why I would with these Pro pedals being so freaking amazing) I will 1000% buy Heusinkveld and I would strongly recommend anyone in the market for sim gear that HE supply to save that bit longer and buy from them. Simply amazing pedals and without doubt the best customer support I have ever had on any purchases, let along something I bought on the used market.
I should have added a pic to show the beauty. Don't worry about cables, my room is pretty dark and they cant be seen, haha
Congrats m8. They are fine people at Heusinkveld. Their shop is located in the north of the Netherlands. About a 3 hours drive from me. So I would let them send it instead of picking it up myself. Their known for the good products and aftersales. Top of the line. I would love to buy Heusinkveld gear but it is not cheap. A bit above my budget so to speak. I do have an awesome lot of fun with my current gear so no need to buy new. That said, when my Fanatec gear needs a replacement, I won’t buy Fanatec again. Happy racing m8.
Yup, their customer support is awesome. Emailed them because the bolt holding the load cell of their V1 handbrake literally broke and half during usage. Instead of trying to troubleshoot and just replace some part of the assembly, they just sent a brand new handbrake, free of charge. I was stomped (yes, it was slightly before they released their V2 handbrake so they could be clearing the V1 stock, but still...) EDIT: oh and they shipped to Canada!
I asked if I could buy a spring for the throttle and they told me it was free.... And this is what Heusinkveld sent me It's a whole kit! They could have easily changed me $50-$100 and I would have paid it. Thanks @heusinkveld, so much appreciate it.
There is a difference between value and price and the Heusinkved products are on the value side. When you buy something from them you aren't going to buy only a tech product but even the customer service and support which is the big plus imo.
