Hello folks, i have just installed the game and its difficult for me to stay on track. Is there any quide on how to setup the controls (for keyboard and gamepad)? The majority of tutorial videos on youtube are for steering wheels. Thank you in advance for your reply.
My Xbox 360 controller settings, realistic assists, manual transmission, precision steering: Some suggestions: -ideally all deadzones should be at 0, if you're using an older controller and there's some drift in the analog sticks (eg: the analog stick is a bit loose at the center) then you'll want to put a bit of deadzone to get rid of that. -try starting with all sensitivities & controller damping at 50 then fine tune from there as needed. -steering sensitivity affects the controller overall steering response, speed sensitivity affects steering response at high speeds (low speed sensitivity requires very fine precise motions at high speed turns, high speed sensitivity allows for more sloppy inputs at high speed turns). -if you use tap steer you'll probably want higher controller damping, higher speed sensitivity, and low steer sensitivity. If you use precision steering & all assists off you'll probably want low controller damping.
