Hey everybody! I've been using a Thrustmaster TX Leather Edition belt wheel since I got a great deal on one around 18 months ago. Sadly and for reasons I'll not explain it doesn't seem that I'll be able to access it any time soon and maybe not ever again. So I'm looking to buy a new wheel. It'll be clamped onto a desk rather than a rig and I'm not looking to splash out on something really high end, though I'd like to avoid a downgrade in experience. Love the TX, though that's my only experience with force feedback. Moza R3 seems to be a good shout for this but I'm also wondering if I wouldn't be better with a g29 of some sort. Would the logitech be a lateral move from the TX or a downgrade? Upside is it'd be about half the price, though I'm fine buying a new R3 especially as if I end up moving country in a year I can always sell it on and recoup. R3 plus brake pedal load cell and a 3rd pedal for clutch is what I'm leaning towards, to fix onto a desk. I'll pick up a cheap H-pattern on ebay as well. I'm sure there's a thread for this already but I couldn't see one and would appreciate some advice or words of experience. Thank you!
Thanks. Seems like now would be a sensible time to jump to DD. Will wait a week and see if I can see another good deal on a second TX and otherwise go R3
