No animations of hand shifting gears/speeds

Hi. I'm sorry, but I couldn't find a similar problem here on the forum. So I'm posting this here in the section: Help & Support.
I don't have the financial means to play my favorite game like all of you, with a steering wheel and pedals.
So I have to play (don't laugh) on the keyboard.
And here's my question:
1 When I play, there are animations for the steering wheel, hands and legs, but there are is no animations of hand shifting gears/speeds. Why? I tried: Ginetta GT5, Ginetta GT4, Ginetta GT3, all GT1 2005 and Group A.
I also play Project Cars 2, and all the animations are there.
Just please don't write that this is a car simulator and you just need to buy a steering wheel and then all the animations will work.
2 And something else is strange. At the pit stop and around it (in the pit stop zone), I drive right through the opponents, and they drive through me. They are as if phantoms. I hope you can fix this.

I also want to thank the developers of this wonderful game. GT4, GT3, GTE and GT1 2005 this is something!!!
You guys, have done a tremendous job, all that's left is to fix a few minor issues and continue adding new DLC content: cars all GT classes and new tracks from all over the world. And then, your game will always be interesting and profitable for everyone.
