No moving image on monitor

I was optimizing the image of my VR headset when I saw a still image on my monitor (see image).Starting without VR it also shows this image on my monitor (so racing withouth VR is impossible).
It's an image and it's not moving.
Everything works normally in VR, but it is very annoying to see this image all the time on my monitor.
The right side of the purple area is in the center of the monitor. When I switch from SteamVR to OpenXR, the same image persists.
Does anyone know how this image can arise and / or how I can solve this?

 

I changed the api.dll from the openXR to the standard API.dll and the problem was solved.
