I noticed this was missing, after running a race yesterday. PC2 has a perhaps exaggerated rubbered-in line on the braking and traction areas.

the logic seems to be there tho, since when driving in the wet and switching the weather to clear later, the cars will dry up a portion of the track, like seen here.

tho i cant say wheather the track is actually getting rubbered in/temp changes etc.

u should watch the debug videos from this guy, shows u whats actually going on in the background

The rubbering line happens every time in PC2. It's not weather related.
There's no rain at all in the video. I'm talking visually, too, not if the grip improves or not.

the rubbering in and the weather component are coming from the same source, what i tried to say is that if one is present the other cant be far.
and since the water disappears after some time on the racing line, i would assume that the rubbering in, grip-wise, does happen.
but yea its not visually represented atm

the time will come, that not every effect you know from pCARS2 can be found here too.
    And vice versa.
Remember: This is AMS2, not pCARS2

Yeah, I know, but it's inevitable to ask, as we don't know what effects are(and what aren't) included in the default 'customer' Madness Engine. Is it all the features, or only some, and if only some, then what exactly?

if e.g. Kunos would use every UE effect in their ACC game, there would be bouncing balls, butterflies and many flowers on the track, aliens in the crowds and many different spaceships outside.
Because we saw that all in other games based on UE :p
Madnes is an engine, AMS2 is a game. PC2 is a different game.

If it's tied to LiveTrack(as someone else suggested), then it would understandably also be easy to then assume it would be a feature.
