Other player vehicles racing with front wheels turned to full right

Sorry if this has been answered, but I did a search and found nothing. For some reason when I race a large number, if not all, of the other cars will be driving along the entire lap with their wheels turned full to the right (maybe left also, I'm not sure). This is only online as far as I know, I only play online. It does it with Ai, and real players. It shows in the race replays as well. I don't think it's a ping thing, because it does it if I am the only real player.
Has anyone found a fix for this?

 

When you are the host its fine, all other human players will have the bug.
