PS4 Controller setup/Controller.ini not found

Hello,
I just got the game last night and it's awesome.
Unfortunately at the moment my wheel is under maintenance and I would like to start enjoying the offline part of the game with a PS4 controller.

I assigned the buttons but the game takes as "buttons" the triggers behind the controller (R2/L2) which I've assigned as throttle and brake, so I end up to accelerate/brake 0 to 100% without a gradual input resolving in spinning or lock the brakes.

I came across this solution but I really cannot find the folder Controller and/or the file controller.ini in order to edit with the suggested parameters.

Can you please help me?
My wheel won't be back anytime soon and I am eager to start playing.
