Quick Suggetions: Shutdown FFB when game is paused; Tweak ambiguous opponent selection list

Hi all I have 2 quick suggestions which I think are quite easy and make sense.

1. I hope that the game can automatically shutdown FFB output when player pauses the game. Now when I pause the game and attend to something else, the wheel will continue receiving FFB signal and turn itself all the way to one direction.

2. Both the Formula 3 cars (F301, F309) are listed as "Formula 3 Brasil", and both the Lancer R and Lancer RS are listed as "MT Lancer Cup" in the AI opponents selection list. I think the actual name should be listed in a clearer way so that player understands which exact model is selected.
