Random Car and Circuit Function

Please add a function to generate a race with a random car and a random circuit. Does anyone know of any mods that add this function?

I don't but here is my contribution for a nice random:

Snetterton 200 in the Corvette C3 R

 

The Corvette C3 is a wild bull in corners. This is a good suggestion. Thanks.

 

A recipe for a random combo:
-give each track a number
-give each car a number
-take a dice box with some dices and shake
-take the result of the first throw for the track
-take the result of the second throw for the car
-as an addition: take the result of the third throw for start position
