Random stutters (hic - ups). Is this a game bug or smth on my end? How to know?

As the title says:

I get some weird stutterings (hic-ups) throughout the game (Tbh they are not 100% stutters but more of a very quick stop of flow - for some miliseconds - and then the flow continues)

Those stutters are rare and happen randomly at tracks and in different places (inside track) making it very hard to locate them in the same spot.

For example , you can have a quick race in Imola 8 times in a row (and not even happen), but in 9th time you are going to get it.

They are also graphical settings independent.

Is this smth on my end? Is this a game bug - limitation? Any thoughts what can be wrong?

 

What Graphics driver are you using?
I just updated to 471.96 from a driver from Sep last year and i gained a better experience. Cant hurt to have a look at drivers to start.

 

I am always on latest gpu drivers (current one is 471.96 as we speak). I do not use low latency mode (low latency is off in nvidia cp) or udp frequency (also off). Also Vsync is off (both in game and cp).

I also use 1 prerender frame inside game options.

Those hicups are totally random and rare (at least on my end). I tend to think that is a game quirk (tbh i dont remember seeing those in previous game builds..)
